Holloway is a trading name of MLS Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
This is the same small, independent team behind the app itself, there's no separate support department, if you email the address above you'll hear back from the person who actually built Holloway.
Holloway Premium costs £20/year, billed annually through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Account panel, cancelling stops future renewal but doesn't refund the remainder of a period you've already paid for. If something's actually gone wrong on our end, a charge without access, or a billing error, email hollowayapp@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
